Firstly go to your phone application menu if it’s Android while in IPhone just look at any app that say’s sim toolkit or the name of your simcard e.g. Airtel, while in Android you can also see it as the name of your sim operator e.g. MTN or Airtel or just search on your phone and type Sim Toolkit as shown below
Open it and choose the option you like, for example here I want to check my balance so I chose services.
Then I choose tool
These are the list of action you can perform from this section, like changing plan, Customer care recharge and so on.
